The SACT Agents are NPCs in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. They refer to the humans affiliated with the Special Alien Capture Team that attend the race operations inside Infected Zones, where soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion work to clean up said areas by collecting Pods.

The SACT Agents are adolescent humans of average built. Possessing a uniform look, they each have gray hair, a "buzz" hairstyle, and bright skin. For attire, they each wear a standard-issued black and long-sleeved SACT shirt, SACT Combat Pants, SACT Combat Boots, and black sunglasses.

In the Future, what remained of the SACT Agents in the broken Suburbs would continue to attend the races inside the Infected Zones in attempt to keep those areas from expanding any further.

In the Past, SACT Agents had been stationed inside all of the Earth's Infected Zones. There, they would attend the races held inside where soldiers worked on stalling these Infected Zones' expansions.

- In the early materials for Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall, the SACT Agents were shown wearing a significantly different uniform that included the SACT Combat Boots, SACT Combat Pants, SACT Combat Vest, SACT Battery Pack, and SACT Helmet.
