FusionFall Wiki

Dexlabs is an area in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is the DexLabs Primary Nano Research Facility[1] in Tech Square where Dexter, Computress, and their assistants work on creating new Nanos.

Environment[]

Dexlabs is a predominantly single-room facility. It lies in Tech Square.

The facility is one large gray room with various forms of high-tech devices around it. Above the room are blue skylight windows with a raised metallic center in the middle.

On the western side of the facility is a raised platform along the walls with framed glass panels for railings and in the floor, and ramps leading up to it on each side. Notably, under the southern ramp are many high-tech boxes. On top of the aforementioned platform are also two DexLabs Teleporters.[2] These teleporters act as two-way warp portals to Genius Grove and Tech Square, respectively, and are attended by their own Dexbots. Sitting in the upper-right corner of the facility are also two large metallic spheres; one sits on the floor and the other is embedded in the roof. Both are connected by a rod between them.

In the center of the facility lies a central device similar to the Great Machine's, with three Nano Stations around it. In front of it is also the Nano Creation Device. On the right side of the aforementioned device is also a panel in the floor projecting a hologram of Dexter and a Power Shopkeeper. Dexter himself and Computress can also be found in the middle of the facility.

Next to the northern wall in the facility is a large, platform-based DexLabs Teleporter that acts as an one-way warp portal to Foster's Home. On the opposite wall from there is a similar DexLabs Teleporter that acts as another one-way warp portal to Orchid Bay. Next to the latter teleporter is Lab Assistant Randall. Both of these teleporters are attended by Dexbots.

On the eastern side of the facility is a raised floor section with a ramp up to it where the primary Nano research are conducted. Here, there is a Nano Incubators containing an inert Flapjack and Titan Nano. Also, in the upper-left corner of the facility is a tube surrounded by an energy field with an immobile Cheese inside it, and Lab Assistant Fassy in front of it. Next to the middle of this area is also Dr. Anthony Automata. Lastly, in the lower-left corner of the facility is another Nano Incubator holding an inert AmpFibian Nano, and Lab Assistant Luis and Lab Assistant Sky trying to work with Johnny Bravo.

The Past[]

In the Past, the Avatar arrived in Dexlabs upon the request of Dexter to learn more about the science behind Nanos in preparation for their acquisition of Dexter's new Unstable Nano.[3] Having volunteered for the run of the Unstable Nano, the Avatar learned about how Nanos were made before heading out to acquire different forms of Fusion Matter and perform movement data for Dexter. Once the Avatar was done, they returned to Dexlabs where Dexter let them produce their own Unstable Nano with the Nano Creation Device using the data they had collected.[4]
