Chowder's mouth[1] is an area in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is a location found inside Chowder's maw. It can be accessed via an all-consuming vortex that is created after Chowder has ingested a type of food made with Puckerberries, such as a sour tart.[2]

Environment[]

Chowder's mouth is a single, large space. It lies within the confines of Peach Creek Commons.

Chowder's mouth resembles exactly what it is: the insides of a closed mouth. The walls, roof and floor are made of reddish-pink flesh. The wall on the western side of the area in particular consists of Chowder's upper and lower teeth rows, which rest on each other. The roof on the other hand is a typical wrinkly palate. In addition, the floor, with the exception of the small space in front of Chowder's teeth, where Chowder, Shnitzel and a Puckerberry Overlord acting as a warp portal back to Peach Creek Commons can be found, is covered my Chowder's massive tongue. On top of it are several tastebuds with multiple eyes around their bodies and Jump Pads on their backs. The mouth has also a few piles of green slime lying around and Nomidoes floating around along Chowder's teeth. High above the front of Chowder's mouth is also the Wisdom Tooth, who sits on a stationary Nomido.

In the back of Chowder's mouth is the orifices into Chowder's stomach, complete with a uvula dangling above it. In front of it are also three Puckerberry Overlords that act as warp portals into Chowder's orifices.

Fusion Invasion[]

The Past[]

In the Past, Fusion Chowder and a bunch of Fusion Monsters managed to infiltrate Chowder's insides when he ate a serving of Fusion Matter-infused thrice cream.[3] These Fusions would subsequently invade the Puckerberry Overlords' Sour Kingdom that lay in Chowder's innards. Seeking help, a Puckerberry Overlord got out of Chowder and got the Avatar to enter Chowder's mouth after they made a sour tart made from Puckerberries and fed it to Chowder. From there, the Puckerberry Overlord had the Avatar keep Chowder (who had gotten sucked into his mouth as well) out of their way while they worked on stopping the Fusions.[2]

Patch Notes[]

The following list contains the Patch Notes pertaining to Chowder's mouth in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall:

  • 11.10.2010: Chowder's mouth was added to the game, along with the FusionFall Adventures expansion, "Chowder's IncrEdible Journey".[4]

Origin[]

Cartoon-Chowder's-Mouth

Chowder's mouth, from Chowder.

Chowder's mouth originates from the 2007 American animated television series Chowder. In that media, it is a one-time location in the series. It is basically set inside of Chowder's own mouth. Inside it lives a species of creatures known as the tastebuds, which are the personifications of Chowder's own tasebuds.

Chowder's mouth first appeared as a location when Chowder ate a Puckerberry, whose sourness was so great that it made the young apprentice chef swallow himself from puckering. With Chowder now stuck inside his own mouth, he was enslaved alongside his tastebuds by the personifications of the Puckerberry juices, the Puckerberry Overlords, and their leader, Sour Ron. Eventually though, Chowder convinced the Puckerberry Overlords to live in harmony with the tastebuds, filling Chowder's mouth with enough sweetness for him to get out of it.
