The Banking Window

Computress, OpenFusion

If players have too many items in their packs, they can store some of them in a Morbucks Savings and Loan bank vault. Every player has access to one, it's one of the benefits of being a hero.[1] To use the Bank, players have to find a Banker to get to their vaults.

Bankers[]

News20

The Morbucks Savings and Loans have several headquarters in the world. Once players locate a banker, they should talk to the banker and select the bank icon. The bank window will pop up. The player must click on the items to be moved between the bank vault and the player's pack. This will open an item screen that lets the player switch between the bank and the pack. Players can also click and drag items between their particular vault and pack.

Bankers can only be found once the player returns to the past. During their adventures in the Future, players will have to carry all their own items during the first part of their adventures.

Local Bankers[]

A new type of banker called the local banker was introduced in FusionFall Retro Beta Patch 3.0. Each local banker has 200 slots. Unlike the normal banker, you can only store and withdraw items from the banker in the area. In order to use the services of the local banker, players need to buy a membership card from an accountant NPC. These passes were very expensive at the time of the updates launch, with each one being more expensive than the last, but this was later changed after many players complained about the high prices. Local bankers can be found in the same areas as the normal bankers.

Trivia[]

  • On May 31, 2020, FFU artist Virt revealed the full art for each of the Retro bank cards, showing that they had extra details players could never have noticed on the cards in-game icons.
    • Each card has the phrase "Since 1998" on it. This is a reference to the year in which the original The Powerpuff Girls series premiered on Cartoon Network. Another reference is that cards are made by Morbucks Enterprise, which Princess is a part of, and she, along with the company's founder, her father, are characters from The Powerpuff Girls.
    • Each card also has two different sets of four digit numbers that correspond with an important date concerning the history of the Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall franchise:
      • The Ruby Member Card has the date 10/01/1992. This is the day when Cartoon Network first launched.
      • The Gold Member Card has the date 01/14/2009. This is the day when Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall was officially released.
      • The Sapphire Member Card has the date 08/29/2013. This is the day the Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall was shut down.
      • The Emerald Member Card has the date 09/27/2018. This is the day the entirety of the Past was added to FusionFall Retro.
    • At the bottom right corner of each card, there is a warning that says if a person tries to redeem a card that does not belong to them, then they are committing a crime that is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.
  • One of the new local bankers was voiced by the YouTuber Webemez.
